Defending champions MYJ-GMSC delivered a stunning performance in their latest Mumbai Premier League fixture, defeating Bombay Muslim SC 7-0 in a commanding display.
After some early back and forth, Andre Gazdar opened the scoring in the 20th minute, capitalizing on Pravin’s low cross. Captain Kamlesh doubled the lead before halftime with a well-taken header from Siddharth’s corner.
In the second half, MYJ’s relentless attack overwhelmed their opponents. Shamer and Kamran added goals in quick succession, courtesy of some sharp finishing. Substitute Manuel D’Souza then turned up in style scoring a quickfire brace, including a clinical header,
Kamran then capped off the scoring in the final moments to complete his brace and sealing a memorable win.
