MYJ-GMSC made a strong start to the Phase 2 round of MSMFL matches, securing a convincing 3-0 victory over Navi Mumbai SA today at the NMSA Ground in Vashi.
This marked MYJ-GMSC's 8th league game. Prolific striker Himanshu Patil continued his excellent form, netting a goal in each half to give MYJ-GMSC a comfortable lead. Substitute Jay Bhavnani then sealed the emphatic win with a well-taken goal in the second half, ensuring all three points for MYJ-GMSC.
The win puts them back to the top of the table in the Maharashtra State Men's Football League.
