We controlled the game from the first whistle, enjoying more possession and moving the ball confidently across the pitch. Although we created several good chances in the first half, CFCI’s goalkeeper made a few important saves to keep the score level at the break.
We came out with the same intensity in the second half and were quickly rewarded. New signing Miit Adekar made an instant impact, scoring minutes after coming on to give us the lead and register his first goal for the club. We continued to apply pressure and soon doubled our advantage, with Himanshu calmly converting from the penalty spot. Our dominance grew as Shravan Shetty added a third with a well-taken finish.
Miit then took centre stage, scoring twice more to complete a hat-trick on his debut, a special moment for both him and the team. Our pressing, movement, and energy made it difficult for CFCI to build any momentum as we maintained control until the final whistle.
The performance secured our first win of the season and provided a positive and confident start to our MPL 2025–26 journey, as we now look ahead to building on this momentum in the matches to come.
