We booked our place in the semi-finals with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Mumbay FC in a high-stakes playoff clash.
We started with intensity and were rewarded early as Tanmay finished confidently to give us the lead. Mumbay FC responded with an equaliser before halftime, leaving everything to play for in the second half.
We continued to push and regained the lead through Tanmay, who reacted quickest to a rebound to complete his brace. From there, we stayed compact and disciplined, seeing out the game under pressure.
A strong team performance sees us through to the semi-finals as we continue our journey in the MPL and we now shift our focus on our I League 2 fixtures as we travel away to face Karbi Anglong Morning Star on 15th April at the KASA Stadium in Assam.
