We booked our place in the Mumbai Premier League final with a narrow 1-0 victory over ICL in a tightly contested semi-final clash.
Both teams created chances throughout the game, but strong defensive performances kept the score level for long periods. We had an early opportunity to take the lead from the penalty spot, but the effort was well saved by the ICL goalkeeper.
The breakthrough finally arrived in the 82nd minute when substitute Pratham Ghatnur headed home from a brilliant cross by Tanmay to put us in front.
ICL pushed hard for an equaliser in the closing moments, but we stood firm defensively to secure the win and confirm our place in the final for the third consecutive season.
Our focus now shifts to the final on 21st May against MH Oranje FC as we aim to bring the Mumbai Premier League trophy back home.
